Got standard queen room with comfortable bed when arrived, liked that. Plus we had a sofa bed, central heating and an iron. Had particularly good location near the the medieval town centre, close to Maison des Consuls.

We appreciated the friendly service and outstanding dinners at the restaurant. We were blown away by the town. It is an historic gem. Finally, Mirepoix is wonderfully located for visiting Carcassone and the Cathar castles to the south, along with our discovery of Camon.

Nice clean hotel. Ate in the restaurant while we were there good service, nicely presented, lovely meal. It has a lift which was very useful. Just a short stroll into the bars and cafes.

This hotel is perfectly located, just a short walk away from the historic medieval town center. We were fortunate to be there during one of the festivals, and it was so convenient to have everything right at our doorstep. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds, and air conditioning to beat the summer heat. The bathroom was spotless and had plenty of room. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning before heading out to explore.
All was well.

Please forgive me for writing in English: I was looking for a base from which to operate while cycling over some of the cols in the Pyrenees. It was also an opportunity to revisit Mirepoix which I first visited (but only briefly) in 2005 and I promised myself then that I would return. The location of the hotel was perfect as it was both very easy to find and convenient for our departure for Foix the following morning. My wife and I did not stay in the main hotel but in the annexe across the road which was ideal. It was quiet and spotlessly clean and we had a most enjoyable and peaceful overnight stay. My wife fell in love with Mirepoix so I guess that at some point we shall return; when that occasion arises we shall certainly aim to stay at Les Minotiers.
Rien du tout! Pour nous c'était parfait.
